General terms and conditions of the company S-line Messebau
Changes or additions to the agreements made between the contracting parties must be made in writing to be legally effective; this also applies to the agreement to depart from this written form.
The client is obliged to provide the documents (plans, models, etc.) necessary for the proper execution of the order on time. These documents must be created in such a way that perfect execution of the order is guaranteed.
The client is liable for the proper condition of the items made available to him by S-line Messebau GmbH. In the event of improper return, S-line is entitled to charge the new price for the missing and damaged items.
S-line Messebau GmbH assumes no liability for any damage or loss of items that have been handed over by the client.
If the exhibition stand is not occupied upon delivery, the rented items are deemed to have been properly handed over when they are placed on the exhibition stand.
Complaints of any kind are only permitted before the start of the trade fair.
Cancellation of the order is only possible in writing. If the declaration of cancellation is received by S-line Messebau up to 6 weeks before the start of the trade fair, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed fee. From 6 weeks before the start of the trade fair, the cancellation fee is 70% of the fee. If the cancellation occurs within a week before the start of the trade fair, the entire agreed fee must be paid as a cancellation fee.

Offers are non-binding and S-line Messebau GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the offer within 10 working days of accepting the offer without giving reasons.
The client is not entitled to offset any claims against S-line Messebau GmbH against their claim for payment.
The contractual partner is obliged to bear all public charges associated with the order.
Sold goods remain the property of S-line Messebau GmbH until full payment of the purchase price and all claims existing at the time of delivery.
An initial concept is free of charge and is a service from S-line Messebau GmbH. All further drafts and expenses will be charged according to actual expenditure. When the order is placed, the initial concept is free of charge
The conceptual design is only an approximate design draft to graphically represent customer requirements and the architecture of the exhibition stand. Upon receipt of the order, S-line Messebau GmbH reserves the right to make various changes to the assembly plans.
Concept and construction plans as well as photos are the intellectual property of the company S-line Messebau GmbH and may not be reproduced, modified, supplemented or passed on for own use or for third parties without our written consent.
The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Salzburg. The application of Austrian law is agreed.
